To Paint or Not to Paint
I'm seriously considering painting our brick fireplace white to brighten up the room but I'm not sure if we should take the plunge since you can never go back. Our bricks aren't anything fancy, just ordinary, bland bricks. Here it is currently:

I too thought about this for a long time before doing it, but I've never regretted painting my fireplace. I love the entire living room more now.
min hus, your fireplace looks great! I love seeing before and after pictures like this, it really makes me want to take the plunge.
